Who Is This Service For?
This service is available for adults and children aged 2 years and older presenting with symptoms of mild-to-moderate otitis externa or general ear discomfort.
Important Safety Information:
This service is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a perforated eardrum, a grommet in place, or are experiencing severe pain, excessive discharge, or severe swelling. If you present with signs of severe infection or high fever, immediate referral to emergency care or your GP may be required.
